The CEDEU Center for University Studies, attached to the King Juan Carlos University, is looking to respond to the training needs that people and society raise and demand at all times. Our Center offers, together with the King Juan Carlos University, Official University degrees in the areas of Social, Economic and Legal Sciences. CEDEU's faculty is made up of a stable team of graduates and specialists with extensive teaching and professional experience. As a result of the implemented quality, CEDEU incorporates the necessary experience to successfully develop and overcome the challenges that arise. Our teaching team, belonging to different academic fields like law, marketing, communication and economics, provides association both between our students and with the professional world. Also, to be active part of the mentioned environment, allows our alumni a daily contact with professional reality, and the approach to a valuable and extensive accredited network of experts. In accordance with Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, on Universities, CEDEU promotes the application of a teaching methodology that is based on the use of ICT as a support for collaborative work (forums, chats, meetings by videoconference), on the orientations of each professor (agenda, bulletin board, folder of documents, links) and on the delivery of works (mailbox of tasks and work tools). With the aim of promoting the learning and study of the subjects that are part of the CEDEU curricula, this book is published to try to facilitate the correct transcription of the motivational material that introduces the key concepts of the reference subjects in the scope of our university programs. The opportunity is also used to express our gratitude to the non-teaching and administrative and service staff of CEDEU for their work and contribution to the promotion of this collection.
